1.Password Mode API

  • Step 1, Authorization

    Get your key and secret of correspondence Proxies those you want to use in Network Page, please check the picture

  • Step 2, Lock target IP

    Note : the target IP is locked and registered to the designated port of the server for standby. Other users cannot use this IP.

    Please replace the Correspondence Parameters in the Following Link , please remember to remove the Square Brackets as soon as you replace the parameters:

    Parameter Description:

    key Required ( The Key that you get it from Network Page in Step 1 )
    secret Required ( The Secret that you get it from Network Page in Step 1 )
    geo Your Target Country IP (Optional)
    Countries'Abbreviation,for example: us,uk,ph,kr,cn,sg,etc
    switch_ type The protocol that you are using:
    "1" presents http / https "2" presents socks 5 Default: 2
    fix ONLY put "1" , otherwise you cannot use this API
    bind time Default:auto
    Optional: 60.180. 300. 600. 900.1800. 3600. 5400. 7200 seconds

    A example for your reference :

    If the Key were “apitest” , Secret were “apitest” , Geo were Thailand , your switch type were socks 5 , and num were 2 , you just need to replace these parameters ( Key, Secret, Geo , switch_type and num ) in the link and put the replaced Link in the browser.

    ( If you are a technology person , you can execute all of these in CMD directly . )

    Note: You can change the IPs via the “uid” or “signEQ” number in the Password . Such as, if uid=1,which means one IP , if you replace uid=2,which means that you have switched to the another IP address. The rest can be done in the same manner. If SignEQ=1,which means one IP , if you replace SignEQ=2,which means that you have switched to the another IP address. The rest can be done in the same manner.

    Parameter Description
    UID UID is replaced by number from 1 to 20millions. Each number represents one IP address .

Whitelist Help

1. What is IP Whithelist ?

Whitelist IP means your Source IP. It is also named the Remote IP. Only the Source IP is added to Whitelist, which can visit Lucproxy Business interface and own proxy using authority. So please pay attention to add your Source IP to Whitelist before you use Lucproxy Proxies.

2. How to Add Your Source IP to Whitelist ?

  • 2.1 Add the Source IP to Whitelist by yourself

    Adding it on Lucproxy Overview Page directly Just click the “Get IP Address” and add it,as following pictures:

    Note: Please add the Source IP via “Get IP Address” , otherwise, it will not work.

  • 2.2 Add Source IP to Whithelist Automatically

  • 2.2.1. Method1: API

    When you get the IP and Port via API Register interface, your Source IP will be added to Whitelist automatically.

  • 2.2.2 Method 2: Export Proxy

    When you get the IP and Port via Export Proxy on Lucproxy Dashboard, after you finish all requested information, as soon as you submit them, your Source IP will be added to Whitelist automatically.

3. Errors (Question=Q , Answer=A)

  • 3.1 Q: The Source IP has been added to Whitelist, but system reminds that IP wasnot added to Whitelist.

    A: Please check your Source IP in this website

  • 3.2 Q: The Source IP has been added to Whitelist, but internet of proxies cannot be connected

    A: If you operate the other steps before adding Source IP to Whitelist, after you add the Source IP to Whitelist, you need try to use it again after 20 minutes.

  • 3.3 Q: More than 3 Source IPs are added to Whitelist at same time, and the Proxy cannot be connected.

    A: Please wait for 10 minutes and use API method ( 2.2 Method2: API) to execute it.

4. About the Number of Whitelist

    Pricing Plan (Monthly) Account: According to Whitelist Numbers in Lucproxy Pricing Plan

Account and Billing

Account Funds

There are two methods for storing the funds in your Lucproxy Account, one is Account Balance and another is Pricing Plan. Please check the details

The consumption of the funds, please check the Consumer List in Lucproxy Dashboard.

Payment Methods

We can accept the Credit Card , Paypal , Cryptocurrency and Alipay. You can choose the “Account Balance “ ,which is the “Pay as you go” . And you also can choose the “ Pricing Plan”,which is the Monthly Consumption.

Note: we suggest that you can store a little Amount in your Lucproxy Account Balance.In case that due to lack of funding in your account to interrupt your business executing .

  • Pricing Plan Mode: Pay-By-Monthly

    Note: You need to use the payment within one month under the Pricing Plan Mode. If you don’t use them up within the month. The payment will be cleaned up next month. If you need pend the Pricing Plan time, please contact us before your Plan ended 3-5 days. Email / Skype

  • Account Balance Mode : Pay as You Go

    Note: It is just charged from you according to your traffic usage . The Balance will be valid forever.

What Products can you use after you do the payment ?

  • You can use all kinds of proxies from Lucproxy, as soon as there is the balance in your account.

Refund Policy

  • Before you buy the proxies from Lucproxy. We suggest that you read the Refund Policy first. In case that there are problems for you in the future. Check the Refund Policy

Trouble Shooting

1. The whitelist can be deleted or added in the dashboard

Please check whether your Device IP is always changed or not . Please make sure your IP can not be changed frequently. If it is not, please contact us Email / Skype

2. The IP can not be changed under Password Mode

Please check whether you change the “uid” or the “SignEQ number” in the password If you have already changed them, the problem is still here, please contact us Email / Skype

3. The “ IP “ and “Port” cannot be exported

  • a. Please if there is any balance in your Account

  • b. Please check whether you can get the other countries IPs and Ports or not. If not , please contact us Email / Skype

4. You cannot connect the Internet, when use the proxies tool

  • a. Please confirm whether there is internet in your location now. There must be with the WIFI.

  • b. Please check the Proxies Tool whether it is Turned On or not . The Proxies Tool need be Turned On.

  • c. Please confirm whether there is other Proxies tool or VPN are Turned On . The Other Proxies Tool or VPN are need Turned OFF

  • d. Please check the protocol whether it is same with the protocol that you got from Lucproxy. The Protocol is need to be coincided.

  • After above checking, you still have the problem, please contact us Email / Skype

5. Your website cannot be loaded.

  • a. Please check the other website,whether they can be loaded or not . If it is, there is the problems for your website.

  • b. If the other websites cannot be loaded. Please “c” and “d” from the question 4 “You cannot connect the Internet, when use the proxies tool ‘

6. Your Whitelist IP doesn’t change, but the system remind you add the New “ Whitelist IP”

Please check whether you connect with the other proxies or VPN , if it is, please Turn off them. If it is not, please contact us Email / Skype

Reports from Lucproxy Dashboard

Please check the following information for the diagnostic error from Lucproxy Dashboard .

1. Key and Secret required

Key or Secret didn’t pass on request , please get the Key of corresponding proxy in the network page.

2. Key and Secret can not be empty

Parameter of Key and parameter of secret were empty , please add the Key of corresponding proxy in the Network Page

3. User not valid

Key or secret were verified failed, please get the right proxy Key or Secret

4. Accessing ip not in the whitelist

Whitelist is verified failed, please add the whitelist of access device in the right of Dashboard.

5. Port taken up overlimit

The numbers of port concurrence are out of limit , you need to upgrade the pricing plan, please contact our service manager to solve them.

6. Register faild, proxy device not enough

There are no proxies to use, please transfer to other countries, Brazil , Mexico, Indonesia and Thailand for your reference. If you cannot connect them, please contact our customer service manager

7. Can't unregister, port invalid or your ip address changed

Port invalid or your ip address changed ,please re-upload the right parameter a=clear , release all the bound ports of thert specified countryrt

8. Unregister faild, port invalid

Double release the ports, released successful

9. Clear faild, param geo invalid

Release a country , wrong country parameter , please fill the right country parameter

10. Target port not support

Connect Port failed, when it is bound, please contact service manager to solve it.

11. Action success

Bind or Unbind successful

12. Register faild, proxy device not enough

The static residential proxies are not enough in this country, please transfer to other countries, Brazil and Mexico for our reference

FAQ: Common Problems

1. How many kinds of proxies from Lucproxy ?

There are 4 kinds of proxies from Lucproxy, including Residential Proxy, Mobile Proxy, Static Residential Proxy and Data center.

2. What are the Password Mode ?

    For the Residential Proxy, Residential Proxy Pro and Mobile Proxy . There are the Password Mode and Standard Mode .

    Under the Password Mode, you can get the “User Name” “ Password” “Host/IP” and “Port” About the IP’s Time can be changed automatically or you can define the IP’s time by yourself

  • 2.1 IP’s Time changed Automatically

    The proxy will be always connected,except that you stop it . During the connection, the front end IP will be always changed. And under the Password Mode, it is not limited by the whitelist. If your Device IP is always changed. We suggest that you choose this mode.

  • 2.2 Define the IP’s Time by yourself

    You can define the Time of each IPs by yourself. As soon as the Time is Up, it will be changed to the next IP, which is new IP that does not repeated with the old ones from the same country.

    You can change the IP by yourself via the Password Mode API or change the “uid” “ SignEQ “ number in the password . For the details, please check the Password API

  • 2.3 The getting Methods:

    Via Export Proxy Page on Lucproxy Dashboard or Via Password API

3. What are the settlement methods for each of the proxies ?

  • 3.1 The Residential Proxy and Mobile Proxy are charged via traffic (gb) that you use. And the quantities of proxies are not limited.

  • 3.2 Static Residential Proxy and Data Center are charged IPs quantities that you buy and the traffic (gb) that you use. There are the Exclusive IP and Shared IP for the Residential Proxies. They are with different unit price.

4. How to buy and start using ?

First, please make sure there are the balance in your account . You can recharge it via the Balance Account (Pay as you go ) or you can order it via the Pricing Plan (Monthly Bill)

5. What Payment Methods are supported ?

6. How to get an Invoice ?

Log in to the dashboard, apply for an invoice on the recharge page, and apply on a monthly basis
